Ref-edit double click

Good morning

I have recently upgraded to 2010, Im finding it not behaving the same as previose series. Tho i belive this issue to do do with a simple setting(i hope)

When double clicking on a block, If you your click was on top of a nested block, That block would be selected when the ref-edit window apeared. But now when i do this action Only the highest on the list is selected.

Is there a solution or just a change i need to live with?

Seems either no one can knows how to fix it or what i mean. I assume the latter.

See attached Pic. No matter what nested block i double click on, The top Block is selected. (the A$* block), But in previose versions if i double click on a nested block (mechasim) it would select that default.
