Edit height values from a survey

Im using Carlson 2009 with Autcad imbedded in it. I have 2 seperate surveys that im trying to combine done by differnet people. One was done to ordnance datum and the other wasnt - now the problem.

I have adjusted the elevations of the points in the survey to ordnance datum done by knowing an exact height of a shared station point, but the downloaded text box with the heights are wrong...is there anyway to adjust the text height values to suit the z elevation values of the point?

or even to be able to add a text value of the adjusted z elevations for all points automatically would do the job. Then i can delete the current wrong text values

Yes it may be possible, depends just format the "points" are. A sample drawing would be helpful.
