Hi all

I have just recently applied for a job for a mechanical draughtsman and they are asking for knowledge in GA's and BOMS.

Can anyone explain to me what this means.

Thanks for any help

I'm guessing that if you have applied for a job, and you do not have the requested knowledge, then it will be highly unlikely that you will get the job.

Just for the record:

GA's refer to General Arrangements - this is what it says really; arrangement of what, in this instance, I know not.

BOM's could refer to either Bill of Materials or Building Object Models (3d in short)
