guitarguy1685 Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 I have a question concerning naming dynamic blocks. For example I created a Dynamic block that has a few visibility states. Right , for example, now I have to name the Dynamic block "BlockDyn" and then name the drawing "Block". When I want to insert it I have to insert the dwg "Block" then explode it. So now I have 2 blocks in my drawing. "Block" and "BlockDyn". Then because I like to keep my drawings clean I have to purge. I figure there has got to be a way to bypass all that nonsense. any help is greatly appreciated. Quote
SuperCAD Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Don't insert the drawing, just insert the block. It would be best to add the block to a tool palette and then insert the block using that. Quote
