Problem with displaying picture

Hi, all,

 

i have inserted picture as an 'OLE' object, it was fine, saved the drawing, closed it. when i opened dwg for the second time, all i got is a picture frame with white background (in black colour model space) instead of image. tried to print it, it is not shown as well. Any ideas?
