hugo1099 Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 My problem is dealing with the text rotation of points. I have a bunch of curb shots, which I have rotated (using "points" "edit points" "display properties" When I look at my drawing on my layout tab, my points are not at the correct rotations, then I click inside my viewport (which is rotated) and REGEN, all my points get corrected. But once I hit Plot, they all get messed up again!!!! Any suggestions? Quote
sinc Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 Make sure the Style set to orient to the WCS, and not to the View. Quote
hugo1099 Posted February 24, 2010 Author Posted February 24, 2010 Thanks, I'm going to look for that option. I think I know what happened, though don't quite understand, I believe I was working inside my viewport which was rotated, then rotated the points, as apposed to rotating them in model space. Quote
BIGAL Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 If your viewport has a UCS setting and you enquire for an angle it will be as a current ucs angle, if you edited the field and typed in this angle then it is different to "world" angle which the fields would use. Just ucs w measure angle then U U to set back the UCS. Quote
