Dimensions Showing Paperspace Length

For some reason every dimension I'm placing in paper-space is reading it's length in paperspace as opposed to modelspace, i.e. 1:1 instead of 1/4"=1' (So 1' in model is showing up as 1/4" paper, where as normally it would display 1').

I've had this problem occur before but I was always able to delete it and the next dimension would usually work. In this case I've restarted ACAD and it's still doing it.

When you make your picks in paper space use Osnaps.

I always do, I'm doing everything like normal on a system I use daily. It's alittle frustrating but I've just had to switch back and forth between model/paper double checking lengths.

Check DIMASSOC, I think you want it at 2, but check the helpfile too.

Try setting Dimscale=0

Try dimensioning in modelspace and use annotative scaling.
