Button pics do not show on new menu

I have converted my old 2002 version menu to 2008 and the icon buttons do not show on my toolbars. Where are the icon pics located for adding new buttons or icon pics to a new toolbar?

Example: one of my toolbars from 2002 was the hatch and edit hatch commands, the toolbar is there and the tooltips show but, the icon button pic is blank. I cannot get to the AutoCAD pics for the buttons. Any help?

Do CUI command and go to the customize tab in dialogue box, on the command list scroll down until you find 'Edit Hatch' command and then select it it, on the left hand side of the dialogue box it'll show you the icon and it's macros etc. From there you can add it to any toolbar you wich or create your own tool bar.

I'm getting the icon buttons to show now, but

in the pull down menus such as draw>line, the pic to the left that shows the icon for line, does not show. Most of the pull down icon pis show up as a ? picture.

Any suggestions on how to get these pics to show?

I'm afraid not chap, I've never used 2010 so that one is a bit beyond me.
