Tabs will not stay put.

Hello,

I have 2 tabs on the left side of my screen that are vertical, one on top of the other. They are set to autohide. I like to have a certain one on top. Trouble is everytime I open Autocad 2010 back up, the tabs get flipped over and I have to rearrange them. How can I get them to stop doing that?

 

Here is what I have done:

Once they are the way I like them, I set to all locked, I go to the workspace control, click save current as, save them.They work fine until I restart autocad 2010.
