linework curved in 2 planes

(Acad 2009) How do I do this? I need to plot a road centreline that curves in 2 planes but I can't use polylines and can't find any obvious answer in the help section?

Maybe a 3D polyline composed of small straight segments?

I have the z values at 10m ctrs. I'm trying to create a path for a video flythrough of a road the follows a few curves and then dips under a bridge (that someone else has created) so the line needs to be smooth, without corners?

F***, there's a 'draw 3d polyline' in the dropdown options. Sorted. RTFM strikes again.
