Any image can be added/inserted into a *dwg file.

Make a logo, use an image (i.e.: *.jpg), and have fun.

I draw them whether for the logo or the text in the logo. The reason is the text style could be changed and now your text is not what you intended. The image can be lost quickly when transmitting the drawing.

Use text and then explode it so the style cannot be changed.

Once you have one drawn then you can insert or xref it into your title block. As you refine it, or it needs to change you can modify and it will show correctly since it is xrefed.
