So, in my experience, there are ALL SORTS of reasons that an Xref will not bind.

I have done about all that I can imagine, in the reference files and the host files and nothing I can find would stop them from binding. I am noticing that it is the same 2 files for each file. I have even detached, purged and re-attached the files with no success.

I have been thinking that there might be an un-known line-type or something in the reference files, etc. But I cannot seem to find anything like this.

Does anyone know if a list exists, that says if you have any of these conditions, you will not be able to bind your reference file?

Any help you can provide is MUCH appreciated.

OH YEAH, and the usual culprit, Nested Xref's is not my issue. This has been checked and re-checked.

Hmmm, after doing quite a bit of reading about this issue, apparently this is a well documented issue, that many folks have tried to fix / work around.

In all honesty, I think eTransmitting the reference files along with the host files is looking better all the time.
