Hi, I am working in map 09 and have a certain issue.. I am working in state planes coordinate system and i want to rotate the whole coordinate system so my image that is geotiffed will appear horizontal instead of the NW to SE direction but i want everything i add to the map to still fall into place.. Thanks!
