Most of the work that I submit to my clients needs to be in pdf format. I usually use the "export to pdf" option that 2010 has. The only problem with this is that objects in the papers space come out in really poor quality. Sometimes the hidden lines (which I set with the visual styles manager) appear in front of the true silhouette, and when I zoom in on the pdf the image becomes pixilated. The leaders that I make in the paper space (not using a view-port) appear vectored (excuse the pun). Is there anyway to make my pdfs look better? I've attached a jpeg so you can see what I'm talking about. Because some of the stuff I do is proprietary information, I can't just show the pdf I'm working on (which makes it hard for me to show you what I'm talking about). Also, in the attached image you can see a spiral circular saw shaped lines. These lines are especially annoying, and appear when I zoom out of my drawing. Any ideas on how to get rid of these? Thanks in advance!:D

We always use the dwg to pdf print option rather than exporting, and all the parts of the layout are vector. Have you tried this?

I Print to PDF using "DoPDF". But I select an A1 size sheet to print too. This works well when zooming in.
