the sr5 Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 I've been using AutoCAD for a few years now on and off, just started back up again about a month or so ago, and im having an issue when printing to scale, I have tried Several different settings with the same result. I'm trying to get a 1/8th scale drawing an ANSI E but when it plots its 1/2 of an 8th off .. so say I have an 8foot surface it prints at 7 1/2feet (7 1/2 8ths) I dont know how it could even bee 1/2 an 8th off... does anyone know how to correct this issue. I have plot scale set to 1:1 and viewport set to zoom 1/96" my dimstyle standard is 1/8". Thanks in advance! Quote
ReMark Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 Half of 1/8th is 1/16th. Maybe you neglected to set your precision correctly. Quote
the sr5 Posted March 27, 2010 Author Posted March 27, 2010 Where is the "correct" place to set the scale precision? Quote
ReMark Posted March 27, 2010 Posted March 27, 2010 Drawing precision is set in the Units command. Dimensioning precision is set in DimStyles. Quote
