i'm have civil 3d 2009 i have a band on my profile and was wondering if there was any way to bring the band inside of the profile instead of outside of it.

Right click on your profile, go to profile view properties. Click on the 'Bands' tab. Now where it says 'Gap' in the table change that to a negative number and it will put it inside your profile.
