3ds max crash

Hi, 3ds max crashed for me, and saved my work in recovery, file is there, but the problem is that while I was working I was in isolation mode, using shortcut alt + Q,... now that I open the file It will show the object that I was working in the isolation mode, but the button for exiting recovery mode is gone, and I am trying to use alt + Q again but nothing happens, does that mean I have lost all the work except that one object? please help, thanks :nuke:

Can you just open your layers manager and manually turn the layers back on?

I dont know what happen, but I got the rest of the objects back, I was just messing with the Alt + Q I selected one of the objects I had left and entered the isolation mode, and everything else just popped back up. I only had one layer thanks for quick response :)
