berol Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 In Autocad 2000 LT or release 14, how do you bring up and print a list of command aliases and how do you add your own aliases in these versins of Autocad, Thanks Quote
Lee Mac Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Not sure if its the same in those versions, but normally: Tools > Customise > Edit Program Parameters Or, with Express Tools, ALIASEDIT Quote
Cad64 Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Or, with Express Tools, ALIASEDIT No Express Tools in Autocad LT, so no Aliasedit command, but if you follow Lee's instructions, you will open your acad.pgp file in notepad. This is where Autocad stores all the command aliases. You can modify these or create your own, but I recommend you save out a copy of your default .pgp file in case you screw something up. That way you will be able to easily replace your original file. Quote

Cad64 Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 R14 doesn't have Tools Menu > Customize > Edit Program Parameters? Sorry, but I haven't seen the R14 interface in over 12 years. Try using your Windows Search utility to look for acad.pgp Quote
