Marktuc Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 How do you drop markers? I've used them before but can not remember the command and can not find the command in the help f1 key. Using civil 3 D 2009. Quote
lpseifert Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Are you referring to Blipmode? Or maybe Geomarkervisibility? Quote
Marktuc Posted April 20, 2010 Author Posted April 20, 2010 I have no idea what those are. The "markers" are save points that you can return to if so desired. Quote
ReMark Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Use the command line version of UNDO. Mark/Back is one of the options. It's "Mark" not "Markers". Per your AutoCAD Help file: "Mark places a mark in the undo information. Back undoes all the work done back to this mark. If you undo one operation at a time, you are informed when you reach the mark." Regards... ReMark Quote
ReMark Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Undo maybe? I see you have gained Forum Diety status. Congrats. Now I can finish my shrine to you. Do you prefer incense or flowers? Quote
lpseifert Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Do you prefer incense or flowers? Beer I think it's been Forum Diety for awhile now. Quote
ReMark Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 I was just looking for a good excuse to buy you a beer. Let's pick a point halfway between us and meet there OK? First round will be on me. Cheers. Quote
lpseifert Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 How about Watkins Glen NY? Found a nice winery/microbrewery the last time I was there. Quote
ReMark Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 On what map that you have is Watkins Glen, NY halfway between our two locations? It makes me wonder if you have already been sippin' at the suds. I was there, jeez, almost 20 years ago and haven't been back since. Actually snuck out on the track about 5 in the afternoon. Not a soul around. Guess what I did? Yep...stalled the damn car! Quote
lpseifert Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Didn't look at a map, just picked a place... State College PA, microbreweries there too. Quote
lpseifert Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 I'll be there May 14, my daughter's graduating... Quote
JD Mather Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 On what map ...halfway between our two locations? Norwalk, CT to Williamsport, PA 3hr 57 min Pittsburg to Williamsport 3 hr 49 min About as straight a line as you can travel between Norwalk and Pitt. Quote
ReMark Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Whoa Nelly! I got to sit in a car a full 8 minutes longer than Glen?:oYikes!:shock:I'm going to have to put the pedal to the metal! OK, now I get it. JDM needs to wet his whistle too. So, JDM, what's the name of this bar again? Quote
