New border black and white?

I've copied in a new border from an old job. We use plot styles so the border is made up of different colours for different line thicknesses. But when i copied the border in it appears black and white?! Please help....thanks

Try opening the page setup manager, choosing modify and unchecking the check box that says 'Display plot styles' (under the Plot styles drop down).
