TimZilla Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 The program I use lets us draw in 2d, and it turns everything into 3D. anyways. It messed something up. All my polylines have turned into multilines anything with a gradient is gone. My arrow symbols for all of my dimensions are now hollow as well., when I click on them in properties, it shows them as being "closed filled" I have tried deleting the object, and hitting the back arrow, I have saved and closed the drawing. I do not understand. when I copy one of these "now multilines that used to be polylines" and paste it into another drawing, in the new drawing it shows back up as a polyline, so it has to be the drawing. also, when I pasted this into the new drawing I got a message that said This application has detected a mixed version of AEC objects participating in this operation. maybe that has something to do with it. I need the help of professionals so hopefully one of you can figure this out. Quote
Cad64 Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 Check your FILLMODE variable and make sure it's set to 1. You will have to REGEN after changing this setting. What program are you using that turns 2D into 3D? Quote
TimZilla Posted May 11, 2010 Author Posted May 11, 2010 HydraCAD, it's for fire sprinklers. you draw pipe, and everywhere you pipe goes up or down you put in a computer generated riser. Then by defining the pipe heights and sizes, the height of the floor, 0'-0", the ceiling height, the top of steel. You hit a button and it erects everything. Kind of neeto ehh? omg, i just said neeto. Quote
