hardwired Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 Hi, I often have to use and manage multiple model drawings for projects and throughout design, certain blocks within drawings will have to be updated from new information or whatever.. Manually, to update these blocks across all drawings, i have to open all of them with the active drawing being the one with the revised block in it, then in design centre right-click the block and select redefine only.. Is there a way of programmatically doing this? It would ease one heck of a faffy routine.. Any ideas? Quote
Lee Mac Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 I'm sure there are quite a few threads on this topic, if I have understood you correctly. Perhaps check out this thread; http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?p=320205 Quote

Will the updated blocks be the same for all of the drawings, or will it be different blocks in different drawings? Quote
