Annotative visibility is not working...

I have Autocad 2008 x64 sp1. I have problems with annotative objects. I have turned off "annotative visibility" but I still can see all annotative scales of the objects if i select it.

Image below: unselected objects have only one scale while selected are showned in all scales...

How to turn it off?
