Anyone else having this same problem. I am sending my error reports with no response ?

Your description of the problem appears to be lacking some detail.

When did the problem first occur?

At what point in the program does the occur? At start-up? During a particular command?

Does your hardware meet the minimum system requirements for running the program?

Did you download and install any available updates?

What OS are you using? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

Is the software you are using 32-bit or 64-bit?

Do you have a Subscription?

Have you tried contacting your authorized AutoDesk reseller?

Are any error messages displayed? If so, what do they say?

I am running 64 bit, yes I have a subscription, we have 30 + designers here and it is only happening on a few machines, I havn't contacted Autodesk, however filled out all error reports. When it happens today I will post excactly what the error message says, it happens in a model when I'm trying to snap to a point. Not sure it this helps you.

In a model? We're talking 3D then right?

Is this error reproducible at the same point every time or is it random?

The problem occurs on several computers. Are all the computers set up the same?

All computers are current with any updates?
