hawkeyepilot Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Hey guys, I've been using several batch converters for years but have had problems with most of them. I compile sets of 20-60 drawings per project and have used DWG to PDF converterMX most recently to turn all my drawings into a single PDF but have had problems with it dropping spreadsheets or blocks out of the drawings when it converts it. I'm looking for some feed back on what others are using and how they compare. I like converterMX because it dumps them all into one PDF but I spend alot of time going through each drawing to make sure stuff didnt get left out. anybody have some suggestions? thanks Quote
tzframpton Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 Hands down - Acroplot Pro Agreed. They have a discount right now too..... *EDIT* - AcroPlot Jr might not install in LT.... so you will be using it as a standalone converter. Might wanna call Cadzation just to be sure. Quote
Ryder76 Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 It's ok if it won't load as a button in LT. You don't even have to have Autocad to convert the dwg files! That's part of the beauty of it. Our Doc Control person loved that program and did I. Quote

I've tried it before with the demo on some guys up here in my office running LT.... didn't work right at all. Quote
Nardino Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 I have been using Acroplot for years.............the best money can buy Quote
cadvision Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 Another good product is Rasterex's RxHighlight. This multi format viewer has markup & conversion & can batch plot & convert files. www.rasterex.com Quote
