How do I create attributed blocks

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to find a tutorial on this?

My best source is hit F1, Index = Attributes of Blocks.

I wrote and posted a 3-part article entitled "Working with Attributes" that you should be able to find using the Search button above. They are MS Office documents (doc file extension) Part 1, 2 and 3. If you can't find them let me know.
