How may I place text radially around the perimeter of a circle in plan?

Thanks to everybody. I assumed you were referring to Arc Algned Text under the Express drop down. I have access to Acad 2009. If you were referring to something else, I'm interested. For now, AAT works.

I was referencing arc aligned text from express tools.

LT, never used, doesn't support lisp routines either (?).

I guess the array command is your easiest solution.
Perhaps a macro?
