RSS renewal frequency

Hello,

 

with the upcoming football championship and the lack of other proper ways to follow matches at my company: I was wondering if there is a hidden location to change the RSS renewal frequency at the communication centre. The minimum standard frequency is 1 hour, which is far to short.. 1 minute would be a better interval.

 

Does anyone have suggestions?

 

I'm using ACAD2010
