AutoCAD CUI/Set up help

I ahev had autocad 2010 installed today and to cut a long story short I have been having a bit of a play with importing cui files and I think I have messed up a little. Is there any way of restoring autocad back to its original state without re-installing?

It sounds like maybe you only need to fix the CUI files, not reset the entire application.
