lorim Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 7 and re-installed AutoCAD Architecture 2010. During setting up my preferences I have managed to do something to my mouse settings.......When I right click nothing pops up and when I double-click text only properties pops up. I have checked the following things: -Tools-options- rick-click customization is checked as is shortcut menu's in the drawing area - I've tried to add text editor to double-click actions in cui - pickfirst = 1 - pickadd = 1 Also, on another note, I have the profile set to "autoCAD classic" with the ribbons turned off however everytime I re-start autoCAD I lose this setting, anyone know how to get it to stick? Thanks for the help! Quote
ReMark Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Re: "AutoCAD Classic". Create and save a new profile. Quote
lorim Posted June 20, 2010 Author Posted June 20, 2010 I created a new profile but I still have to go in and manually change it to that profile everytime autocad starts. Not a huge deal, just a bit of a pain in the butt Also, I just ran a repair on AutoCAD and my mouse problems have disappeared! Quote
ReMark Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 Then you're doing something wrong. I've created two new profiles (one for 2D and one for 3D). No matter which one I make current the next time I start AutoCAD the correct one comes up. Quote
