Trouble Hatching after printing.

Hello, I use ADT2006 in the AutoCAD mode and have a problem hatching after printing a drawing. If I type "BH" after I have printed a few drawings to my KIP printer, it does not recognize it and just go back to the command line waiting for me to type the next command. Only way around it is to shutdown AutoCAD and restart it. Then it works fine. It does not do it all the time, but at least 4-5 times daily and is becoming really annoying. Any help would be great. Thanks!
