In A2009, although I set up the parameters in "Units" to be 360 degrees, the whole circle bearing is "split" in 2 quadrant i.e. 0-180 therefore your 235d35'50" does not draw at the wanted bearing but it depends from where your mouse is pointing in which quadrant. Why? Is there a parameter I must update? Ta

Although one must guess at what you are doing, I think that you want to dimension a line bearing by using the Angular Dimension.

The Angular dimension only goes up to 180°. That is how it was designed. But you can dimension an angle Vertex and get an angle greater than 180°
