Why text change it rotation automatically?

I have few chart panels that need to x-ref into a final chart and everything is no problem in the individual panel. But after I x-ref those panels in the final chart, when I'm zooming into the drawing, some of the texts rotation are starting to change it's direction from horizontal to vertical. When zoom out it return to normal.

This cause a big problem when I plot out the chart and the text rotate at it's way. If I plot to PDF, the text which change it rotation automatically will not be plotted into PDF at the end.

Why this problem happen? Any solution for this problem? Please help!!!:?

I have solved my problem by converting the TEXT to MTEXT. But I still do not understand why TEXT format will get into that problem. Some people tell me that is caused by the different of Service Pack version between AutoCAD and the plotter, is it real? :huh:
