Drawings in custom menu saved in paper space not loading (CAD 02)

I'm having a problem where when I create custom menus for drawings on our LAN , all of them that are saved in model space and have no paper space work fine but those that are saved in paper space with multiple viewports just cannot be pasted. The menus load fine but when I click on the drawing I want, the command line asks for a block name and when I give it one, it just says error and stops trying to load that file.

I know I'm trying to paste the paper space drawings into model space but what I want happening is the model space of those paper space saved drawings to paste into my current drawing that I'm working on which is in model space. Hope that makes sense.
