Block not displaying in Viewport

I am an avid user of Autocad + Revit i have seen alot of glitches over the past 7 years. Heres one that is stumping me.

Acad 2008 LT = I have a simple block with an attribute in it, the block is set up for annotation but only 1:1. Inside any viewport with all layers on in model and the viewport the block does not display, when i explode it it does though? Any one got any ides? I could possibly post the drawing if i dumb it down for posting.

Cliff Notes: A block with one attribute, 2 regions, and one hatch doesn't display in viewports, it will only display in viewports when exploded?
