saltybrad Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 As dumb as it sounds, how do I create a reference point/ hot point on an existing line? Drinks on me, for my first post... Quote
ReMark Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Take a look at the POINT command. The symbol for the "point" itself can be changed as well as the size. Consult your AutoCAD Help files for further information. Quote
saltybrad Posted July 19, 2010 Author Posted July 19, 2010 When I consult the help files for "point command" the only reference that comes up pertains to a lighting source. Is there a command prompt for placing points? Quote
Tharwat Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Hi Change the UCS location to that required point, and it would be as a reference if you want to. Regards Tharwat Quote
ReMark Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Try looking at PDMODE and PDSIZE in your Help file. Quote
