Ordinate dimension text spacing

Is there a way to adjust the text spacing off the dimension line for Ordinate dimensions? DIMGAP only sets it for Linear dimensions, not Ordinate.

I just tried this and everything works fine. Both linear and ordinate are affected by changes in DIMGAP. Perhaps it's a difference between versions. Sorry I couldn't offer anything more helpful.
