Hello!
I can't figure out how AutoCAD decides whether to draw arcs of the Revision Cloud in CW or CCW direction(bulge + or -).
I mean they are inversed while Im drawing the Cloud.On what basis?
Any Ideas?

It depends on which direction you swing the cursor. Start one out and slowly zigzag the cursor. You will see that it will change when you swing past perendicular to your start point.
