Partial Open Drawings

Can anyone tell me how to get the options for partial open and partial open read only when you open a drawings? Every time I incidentally click on one of those instead of read open, it crashes AutoCAD. I am using AutoCAD 2007 and CADWorx Plant Professional 2007. I am not sure if it can be changed, but it would help lots if someone knows how to do that.
