Initial Setup Dialog Box missing...

I noticed that the Initial Setup button in mssing in the "User Preferences tab" under Opitions. I have AutoCad Mechanical 2010 R18. I was looking at my book on Acad 2010 and it show it on the bottom left. Was there a change.

Alternative solution to customize the way a new drawing is created is by playing with STARTUP system variable: setting it to 0 means that will be asked to chouse a template file to start from; on 1 will show Startup and Create New Drawing dialog.
