Option Menu dosnt pop up

Hi,

Having Autocad2009, when i double click a polyline for pedit command, the options window that includes "Close/Join/Width/Edit vertex/Fit/Spline/Decurve/Ltypegen/Undo" does not pop up although they are asked in command window.

Also same thing occurs for mvsetup command. I cannot enter the align and then rotate option by mouse click since the option window does not pop up.

any solutions will be really appreciated.

Could this have anything to do with Quick Properties? Do you use this feature?
