Perspective and sun/sky keep turning back on after saving or orbiting

I am currently working on a 3D drawing of an onshore facility, and recently ran into this problem. I don't remember precisely how I did it, especially since I just learned how to do it, but I added a sun & sky to my model, and also turned perspective mode on at one point. But whenever I go change my visual styles, so I can view the whole model without perspective and without sun/sky, it turns those things on again after I try to save the file or orbit around the drawing. I am very confused why its doing this and I tried searching for anyone that has had similar problems but I had no luck. Any help or ideas as to what could be causing it, or possible solutions would be appreciated.
