MarcoW Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Sorry for my bad topic title but I do not know the name for that what I mean... See the attached image: is that blue information thing accessable by lisp and if so, please give me some hints so I can explore things. Thanks in advance, Best regards, MarcoW. Quote
ReMark Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 It's a feature called Dynamic Input. It can be toggled On/Off via a button at the bottom of your screen. Quote
MarcoW Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 Hi ReMark, Thanks for the reply. It seems you are the first to reply to all my posts lately... Hmm... are you watching me with all cameras? Let me rephrase the question: can the info shown in the "dynamic input field" be accessed by lisp? Yeah, that makes sense. Quote
rkmcswain Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Let me rephrase the question: can the info shown in the "dynamic input field" be accessed by lisp? Yeah, that makes sense. Actually, the text "Midpoint" in your original screen shot has nothing to do with Dynamic Input. It is a tooltip that appears when you are using an object snap, IF this appropriate option is enabled (See Options>Drafting Tab>AutoSnap settings -or- the Autosnap system variable) As to whether or not you can access this info via lisp, not as far as I know. Maybe with ObjectARX/C++...? Quote
MarcoW Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 I googled a vit on lisp + dynamic input but I cannot seem to find an examlpe in lisp. Quote
