cadamrao Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 How to create shortcut command in AutoCAD 2011LT,the older version like in AutoCAD 2004 command alias editor (shortcut command creator). Thanks amr Quote
ReMark Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 (edited) One must edit the acad.pgp file. If you do so with AutoCAD still running then you have to issue a REINIT command I believe before AutoCAD will recognize new shortcut commands. 1. Go to the Tools pull-down menu. 2. Click on Customize. 3. Click on Edit Program Parameters (acad.pgp). This will open the acad.pgp file within Notepad. Make your additions/delections/changes then save the file. Restart AutoCAD or try using the REINIT command as mentioned previously. Edited September 22, 2010 by ReMark Can't SPEL! LOL Quote
rkmcswain Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 How to create shortcut command in AutoCAD 2011LT,the older version like in AutoCAD 2004 command alias editor... The Command Alias Editor is still present. See this post for details: http://ltunlimited.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/07/edit-command-aliases.html ... then you have to issue a REINT command I believe... "REINIT" actually. Quote
ReMark Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Thanks RKM. Can't spell worth a lick this morning. What is a "lick" worth these days? Got to be more than the dollar is worth! LOL Quote
