I want to learn how to use Sufaces in Solidworks

is there any tutorials to learn how to use Surfaces in Solidworks or Inventor?

Go down about 10 subjects in this forum I posted a tutorial on modeling a 2010 camaro but its not an intro type surfaces tutorial. I would start with the surfaces tutorial provided in the help menu. If you download this zip folder tutorial 6 is something i wrote as an intro to the surfacing tools.
