Tool Palette

i have created a few blocks, made it on the layer i wanted added attributed text and placed it on a new tool palette. Used it succesfully a few times, i must have moved something around in the design center or somewhere, because now when i pick on the tool i created and even on existing tools, instead of getting what i picked i get a door. I get a door when i click on a dimension, i get a door when i click on my block i created, i get a door when i click on an existing tool. Please help!!
