Inventor Error

So I just installed Inventor 2011 like a couple of weeks ago. I go to start it up today and it will not open. I try to reinstall/repair and nothing changes, it still will not open. I try to uninstall it via CP and I get an error. I try to use the Autodesk Inventor 2010/2011 Uninstaller provided by autodesk and I still get the same error: "Fatal error during installation."

 

So at this point I can't get any work done. Has anyone encountered this before, or know of any ideas to get it back up and going again?
