regarding linetype attachement

I want to know that i am prepared a new line type & want to change a line type in a drawing, What is process to change a new line lype,

The new linetype has to be loaded first.

Linetypes are not "attached" to drawings, they are loaded using the Linetype command (as one option).

Linetypes can be assigned by layer.

You can change a single line, or group of lines, by selecting them then changing their linetype via Properties or Quick Properties.

About your question, the LIN-file need to be placed where you have other line-types as well for AutoCAD to find it. As default they are places in: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD vers.\Rvers\enu\Support
