problems when printing to pdf in map 3d 2009

I have a drawing with polyline date superimposed on an image background in modelspace. wheb I try to print from paperspace to pdf the tiff background does not print. I have tried several pdf printers all with the same result. I have no problems when printing to the office printer.

Just a quick question, how did you bring in the .TIFF?

Was it through the image command, or through data connect?

We had this same problem at our office, if you are not constrained to a paper size(it is for digital viewing only) then change the paper size to something bigger. This normally works.
