Its like the left handed screw driver trying to find the can of rainbow paint.

 

 

You will have to draw multi lines there is the ability to do rainbow stuff in some software Word will do lettering.

 

 

If its something you are doing all the time then it could be automated take 1 line / pline blow it apart and replace with short coloured segments.

You can draw several lines with different colors, then group them. It will act like a polyline with multiple segments.
